Custom Orders: Custom metal art and laser-engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These products are made specifically based on your design, engraving, or personalized request. Please ensure all details are accurate when placing your custom order. If you are unsure about your design or engraving, feel free to reach out to us before placing your order.
Non-Custom Items: For non-custom items, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
2. Return Process for Non-Custom Items
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at szelambo@zelmetalart.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and a description of the reason for the return.
We will send you instructions on how to return the item. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refunds for Non-Custom Items
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original, unused condition.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. We may ask for photos of the damage for verification.
We will offer a replacement or issue a full refund for damaged or defective items.
5. Exchanges for Non-Custom Items
If you wish to exchange a non-custom item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
The customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless the exchange is due to a mistake or defect on our part.

Custom Orders: These products are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes any item that has been personalized with custom designs, text, or engravings.
Sale/Clearance Items: Items purchased during a sale or clearance event are also non-returnable.
