Non-Custom Orders: Non-custom items may be eligible for return or exchange according to our Return Policy.

Custom Orders: Custom orders are made based on your specifications. Once you approve the design, we will proceed with production. Changes cannot be made to custom orders after confirmation.
Order Changes or Cancellations: You may request to modify or cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed. Custom orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We will ship products to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.
Delivery times will vary depending on the product, location, and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

Custom Orders: Custom metal art and laser-engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of defects or errors made by us.
Non-Custom Orders: Non-custom items may be eligible for returns or exchanges in accordance with our Return Policy.
